As one of the earliest settlements in the area, Historic London Town has a lot of historical excitement to experience. There is even an active archaeological site and museum where you can view magnificent artifacts from ages past.

Get Outside and Explore


Our county has over 87 miles of trails and hundreds miles of shoreline. Explore in several different ways, including biking or boating. There is a lot of beautiful nature to be enjoyed in the area. One of the greatest places to see is Historic London Town and Gardens where you can experience archaeology, history, and horticulture. 

As the sailing capital of the world, Annapolis is a great place to get out on the water and enjoy sailing. We have 400 miles of shoreline to be explored! There are sailing schools, boat tours, fishing guides, water taxis and so much more. You can even take an overnight cruise and enjoy breakfast the next morning.
